Yes it seems so dreary. The birds cannot fly.
All is dull and bleak.
But look carefully. As rain falls, it dances.
When morning comes, all is jeweled.
The sun shines through every drop.
All is renewed, cleansed.
Reborn.
Breathing, enlivened.
Made new.
Oh, the sweetness of sparkling rain!
