Are Elections Like Gardens?

You work like crazy...

You hope you gain an edge...

Your feedback is all over the place...

Then you have to pause...and work some more...and wait...

And hope something good comes of it all.

    1. Thanks but I am baffled as to why the Clematis is so blue. In my camera and on the "big" computer the color is the accurate purple, on my little old computer it is blue. I'll have to investigate further.

  3. Like gardening, some good always comes out of participating in the process. At the risk of sounding like I'm on a soapbox, we live in a pretty great place for freedom and the right to choose. And for gorgeous blooms!

  4. My children were gloating a bit this morning, and I reminded them that there are some very disappointed people today. I told them that even if our candidate had not won, I would expect them to treat the position of President with respect and behave gracefully, because no matter what--we are all Americans. And I'm so grateful that we live in a country where we can agree to disagree. But more importantly--it's time to get beyond the election and dive into seed catalogs! ;-) Beautiful photos.
