All The Roses (Part 3)

The list of roses continues.  The rest of "E" and all of "F".  I'm still pruning, and pruning...
'Eureka' Excellent disease resistance, little fragrance.

'Eutin'  Oldie-but-goodie
Rosa 'Eutin'

'Evelyn'  The Diva

'Fabulous!'  The name is appropriate.
Fabulous is

'Fair Bianca'  No vigor, no disease resistance, exquisite flower of course--there has to be some reason to grow it.

Rosa 'Fair Bianca'

'Firefighter'  Superb in a vase because the powerful sweet perfume remains so until the flower falls apart.
Photobucket

'Flaming Peace'  Short lived flower, but always an eye-catcher.

'Fourth Of July' Climber:
Fourth Of July

'Fragrant Cloud'--dreadful photo from two digital cameras ago.  FC is not this color all.  I don't have a recent photo.  Not my favorite rose.
Photobucket

'Francois Rabelais' Outstanding Rust resistance and repeat, zero fragrance.

'French Lace'.  Some rose prickles stab, some slash, some hook into your skin and don't let go.  The prickles of 'French Lace' manage to do all three at once.  Still, the flower is elegance itself:

  2. How nice to see you continuing to post about your roses. So inspiring! I am looking for another white rose for my white bed. 'Fabulous' might be it. How is the disease resistance of this rose and does it have fragrance? The photo of 'French Lace' is especially pretty. I grew that rose in my old garden but not in my new one and I realize, I really miss it.

    2. Thanks for letting me know! I mainly have rust and mildew problems in my garden but hardly any rust. As pretty as it is, no fragrance is disappointing, of course. Guess, I have to think about it a little more...
