In September, the Dahlias grow weary.
In September, a few Day Lily flowers amidst a forest of dry spent stalks.

Just another round up of the usual suspects.
Nice suspect photos in the lineup. like the 'bent' ones especially.
ReplyDeleteMy last comments got lost. so if this appears twice, you know who the main suspect is. lol. Nice lineup of suspects, love the bent one.

Your blooms are stunning! I really enjoyed how you decided to photograph each of them...very creative! Happy GBBD!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful photographs of beautiful flowers. I especially love the Iris.
ReplyDeleteAn Iris in September...that one wins for me!
ReplyDeleteLove the giant squill but have nowhere to plant such bodacious-sized bulbs. I'm wondering if they're normally upright instead of curved by storms.
ReplyDeleteThe usual suspects are just lovely. Gorgeous Roses, especially Disneyland. The Urginea bloom is just magnificent and I love the Iris. The Dahlia, though weary, still looks rather pretty and your Hemerocallis is very sweet.
