Aloe marlothii Blooms

This is so stupid:  when I started planting Aloes I never even thought about the flowers.  All I wanted was something that would not die of thirst on that arid front slope.

    @Alan that's Maireana sedifolia from Australia.

    I have some Santolinas elsewhere in the garden.
