A pair of Beaucarnea recurvata create the shadows, with five Agave 'Ray Of Light' accenting their bases. A blue foreground of Echeverias and Senecio mandraliscae, while in the distance, more Agaves, more Senecio, and Echinocactus grusonii. Photographed this week at the Huntington Library and Botanic Gardens.

Oh, I want a puppy! It might be worth my husband divorcing me.
ReplyDeleteYou made me laugh so hard I spit on my keyboard.
DeleteA stunning shot from the Huntington could only be upstaged by a puppy.
ReplyDeleteAnd upstaged it was!
DeleteFirst photo is a wonderful shot, love that light, but that cute puppy steals the show, looking at that funny face I´m completely melting.
ReplyDeleteIsn't he simply adorable?
DeleteHappy Winter Solstice! Succulents and puppies, what more do we need?

Yes on all counts: chocolate, coffee, rain. An inch? That's HUGE for you! Congrats.
DeleteI said "Awwww" before I even read your words underneath. What a cutie-pie.
ReplyDeleteThe little guy was super sleepy, too. Made him even more cute, if that is possible.
