A family member who is an Ornithologist says that when you can't identify them with certainty, they are LBBs. That might be a Melospiza melodia using the Aloe camperi flower stalk as a perch. Or it's something else. Undoubtedly it is an LBB: little brown bird.

ReplyDeleteMy two gal pals and I started calling them PBBs, plain brown birds. Tricky to get a good look at and tricky to identify, but definitely cute!
