California Fuchsia (Epilobium, formerly Zauschneria) with Santolina and Phormium:

Cold. No, not the weather--cold as in the Common Cold. I feel dreadful. So just a few photos I took while wandering around in a daze yesterday.
Formerly Zauschneria californica 'Everett's Choice', now Epilobium californica 'Everett's Choice', with a drying Liatris stem nearby :

Saliva 'Ultraviolet', a greggii hybrid, which I bought in a 4" (10 cm) pot, and which is now a rounded ball of foliage and flowers at about 18"x18" (45 cm x 45 cm):
The Agave bloom spikes continue their ascent:

Dainty Chamelaucium flowers contrast with the mighty trunk:

A Cercis leaf speared by an Agave spine:

Yucca linarifolia, straight and narrow:

And after several months of frantic activity, a Agastache hybrid finally wearies:

I know how it feels!
