Not a photogenic activity, rose pruning. Sometimes the shapes can be vaguely intriguing.
A lush cascade of blooming Rosemary above the barren rose seems an interesting contrast.
Until I recall the rose's bloom.
The only other floral solace for the day was a Day Lily in January, looking darn good for a northern hemisphere January Day Lily.
Now, back to work.
Ahh, but you made it photogenic, even before we get to see the fruits of your labors.
