Friday, Eugene Was Perfect

With rain on the way (yay!!!), 'Eugene de Beauharnais' has his brief (very brief) moment of perfection.

Once the rain begins, Rust, mildew, Anthracnose, and Blackspot disease will engulf Eugene's foliage, and the flowers will either fall apart or turn into blobs of grey fungus.  But not Friday.

  1. King Solomon, the richest and wisest man of all time said it's all meaningless. Depends on your way of seeing eternity I suppose.
    Anyways it's great for this moment in time.

    Notice the combo of brown sedge and blue fescue. Have the same combo in my front entry. Usually the sedge freezes out but this year it seems it will make it.
