    Interesting idea, but I have doubts about using bamboo. I'm eager to see what happens though!

      Me too. That's a lot of water to be pumping up 30 or 40 feet. These projects are often done by artists who don't know anything about plants.

    Wow I never even thought of that. We get howling Santa Ana (hot, dry) winds in the fall and winter.
