  1. Your roses are incredibly beautiful, that first one looks unreal, like a true painting. And the one with a lot of flowers, marvelous!

  2. Not even close! It seemed from reading your posts that I never noticed you talking about the same rose twice. I thought that was just my poor memory, but maybe not. You have far, far more rose varieties than I ever imagined!

Do all of these bloom at different times so that you always have roses in flower, or is there a particular month when *everything* is blooming, then dead periods?

Also, when you add new roses (and I'm pretty sure you still do), how do you choose? You seem to have the whole spectrum of color, size, vigor, etc. covered already.

    1. Always flowers now that they are well established, though February is when most of them are cut back, so it's a bit thin then. New ones...some just seem irresistible! I usually do not buy new-new releases, rather I wait a year or two and see what the buzz is like.

  3. Hoovb, I don't know about Alan, but I am certainly not tired of your roses ;-)! They are all beautiful, but 'Gene Boerner' is absolutely magnificent. I also especially like 'Golden Celebration' and 'Golden Buddha'. Keep them coming, please!

  6. You should post that picture of Gene Boerner on the GW "what rose would look good cascading over a wall" thread! I love all your roses. Waiting for the "P"s!

    1. "P"s are on the way...Gene actually doesn't cascade, he was just overloaded in that photo.

    1. 'Gemini' seems to be a good performer in many areas--the mark of a good rose.
