The pinking-shear edges of the foliage, which many of the genus have--isn't it great? You are right, pondering that color--Creamsicle it is! There are some petite and ground cover species--many are small trees.

ReplyDeleteThe small, newly planted ones are in little protective cages. Rabbits are a scourge here, too. Yes, the leaves are wonderful. The flowers are a bonus.
