I'm sorry to hear you're overwhelmed. It may not help, but you're not alone. Whenever I feel myself getting too deep into the hole, I escape into the garden and do some puttering around.
Spring is becoming evident here too, although my Dutch Iris, while vigorous, have yet to show a single bud, unlike your beauties. Best wishes to you too! I spent considerable time this morning trying to chase 4 (!) peahens out of my garden (twice!).
I used to subscribe to this blog but for some reason I no longer receive the notifications. I don't see a way to resubscribe. Is there a place to do that?
Sorry, but Blogger got rid of that feature, and the services that provide it for free blast advertisments which I have no control over--did not want to inflict that annoyance on anyone. So at this moment I don't. :(

ReplyDeletePeahens--where is the coyote when you need him? Soon there may be peababies--good luck!
DeleteHere the %^&$(*&$$@ squirrels have nearly stripped the avocado tree of its luscious fruit. GRRRRR! %&$@ &$@@##!
I'm with you, out to take Gerhard's advice and putter in the garden!
ReplyDeleteI did go and putter, and it did help. Hope it worked for you too.

DeleteI use Feedly (came from here today) and FollowIt. My own subscriptions to my blog show no ads.
DeleteThank you, Diana, for that helpful comment. I will look into it.
DeleteSpring, yay! I'm a bit overwhelmed lately, too. Take care, and thanks for continuing to share your beautiful images from your garden. :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so kind, Beth! Happy Spring-Soon!
